Try to get a routine started here, more later.
Its almost noon and trying to get something started. I did manage to get 20 minutes of cardio in this morning but its been a struggle.

Workout shoulders F/S/R delts 15x20x1 all 3 heads, 30x2ox1 all 3 heads. Shruggs for traps 15/30/60/75/x20 (need to go back to dumb bells or alternate)

Bowl of popcorn, maruchan noodles.
bike 30 min/9.38 miles/10 resis.
treadmill 60/2.36 miles/2.7 speed
4eggs scrambled/chocolate protein drnk.
