January 17 Monday

Its been a few days.  I've been busy with next to nothing, answering emails, checking paypal and what-not.  My 2 comps are finally off the ground, now all I have to do is monitor them.  I've noticed I get edgy once in a while thinking of the moula that I've got invested in this. Usually once I'm the bike and 6-7 minutes into a 30 minute run and I'm getting warmed up, my mileage count is exceeding my set goal, I start to feel better.  Right now the weight is again dropping off.  I have ideas of grandeur that I'm gonna do 3-4 hours a day of cardio and I'm gonna lose huge amounts of weigh, but' my body and inner being can take just so much torture.


I have begun to reveal in my comps about my recovering from waking up paralyzed.  Its becoming a topic here and there.  I guess if I really wanted the 'attention' I could put it in bold-face caps on my profile page.  I'm past that point.  I just like the part where I'm getting stronger and getting bigger weight losses.  Today is the first weigh in for jalal's comp, I'll see where I stand on the field of more than 100+ people.  I read alot about diets and drugs and emotional eating, I know it all exists, I'm glad that I don't have that dilemma.  Last year about this time when I started lifting weight again just to maintain my weight, didn't know what I was gonna do.  I tripped over a sight with meal plans from a couple of professionals, they were outrageous to say the least, but I was able to follow one that drastically reduced my calories and in all essence , 'cleaned' me out.  Well, I've had my oatmeal, coffee is coming up and need to get at least 90 min of cardio in.  I have alot of work to do and this has become my full-time job until the summer, its gonna have a hell of a paycheck.........

Just did 30 on the bike and the nervousness of a crumby weigh in is all but gone.  I know I get cabin fever and such, its natural.  I've been looking for alternate ways of exercise, something to keep it fresh.  I'm probably going to do some resistance work today but not quite sure what yet.  Need to get on the treadmill and burn out my 60 before I totally cool off, I notice these Hawaiian punch packets are giving me heartburn, even my favorites.  More later...........
