Well, got up early took the wife to work, its 7:30 and I'm gonna hop on the cardio wagon here shortly.
I've got my comps up and running, now its just maintenance, that and an email here and there. I'm finding out that when I lack on water and don't do my cardio, the scale reminds me very quickly. I can fix the problem easily, it just winds up costing me valuable time. The prize money for the summer is in the ranges of 3-5 thousand... I love to win a chunk but so would alot of other people. Time will tell, Gonna hit the oatmeal and see how much I can lose today.............hopefully more later.
Was going to do a noon workout and cardio but other things intervened.
Had a huge bowl of popcorn and went exploring on the bike. I found under performance workouts 1 for 45min. I tryed it at 10 resistance, kicked my ass but I made it through it! I'm going to incorporate some boxing on the WII tomorrow for some upper body stimulation, I'm also gonna incorporate the straps on the door but I need some variation. I'm feeling a little crumby, so I'm gonna hit the sack. I'm hoping to be in the 280's come morning. If I can pull 3-5 pounds a week, I'll be satisfied, if I can pull more-great, we'll just see what happens.
