Today is Monday, very important!

Well, I'm startin here today briefly.  Gonna do cardio then aweigh in, the initial one for Jalal's comp, up to 3K already, should be a riot..........more later.
I just did 20 on the bike and I'm feeling bogged down to say the least.  I'm going to try and keep some accurate logs of my food and exercise.  Maybee I'll find out what really makes me tick.
Need to get the treadmill out of the way and do my weigh in......I got on the treadmill and did 30, need to shake things up more, getting bored with the routine.

checked out the gym, I can do a leg workout for $5 per day, which if once aweek comes out to $20 a month or just go back to the opther gym for $30 which is 24 hour access.  I want to hit the gym but not tear up my joints if I get carried away.
