Considering attempting to use the journal on WLW can get hectic once in a while, I'll journal here. beats trying to hit 2 profiles!
Morning was 3 coffee's
B-fast-20 bike, 45 treadmill
Sausage, egg and cheese buscuit, hashbrown(water at home).
Lunch- large bowl popcorn and maruchin noodles
30 cardio 30 workout on back
Dinner-tbd. Dinner was 2 whole milks and large salad. Right shoulder in alot of pain. Considering Mary Jane tomorrow or Monday.
