I haven't been here that much, busy with some procrastination and some workouts. My attitude is postive to what I can accomplish. I keep pushing in the right direction to see how far I can go, and quite frankly I keep amazing myself. I'm breaking barriers I didn't know I had. Right now my goal is to weigh in Monday morning at 289, that will put me at 2% in the new years comp. I'm trying for a % a week. I will try to add to this later on if time permits.......
Well its later, I had a good day, lots of water, hopefully I'll have good weigh in in the morning. I'll keep you updated...
