Well, it seems to be another week pissed in the breeze. I'll only be here on the wifes works and not on her days off. I spend to much time here and really get nothing done besides!
I Cut down on my cardio on her days off, the scale shows it along with the lack of water. I lost 10 pounds last week but con't see myself repeating that anytime soon.

I did a mock weigh in this am and was at 295, what the hell! Then I remembered my lack of water and the 2 hot-dogs I had last night, that'll do it. It only did 20 min cardio this am, probably because the 45min last night kicked me good and hard.
Its almost 12noon and I have to do 20 more min and go down to a cable workout. I have a weigh in tomorrow, hell, all weekend! Sat , Suin and Mon. I've got a meal plan, I just have to work it better.
