Woke this morning at 5:30a kinda gettin to be like clock-work. I awoke soaked with sweat again and a slight headache. 8p at night.
Going back over the day,
1 serving oatmeal then 30 min/9.06/#4/10 resis
down stairs, cooked wife breakfast 3 eggs scrambled and 2 toast.
I had also 3 eggs scrambled.
I worked on weightloss wars most of morning on the challenge pages and cleaning up my profile, getting rid of the dead weight(non active friends).
I did 20 cardio/6.13/#1/10 resis, I had a bowl of popcorn and then did an arm workout
bicep curls 15, 30, 60x20
Triceps
push downs 15, 30, 60x20
reverse grip pull downs 15, 30, 60x20
overhead extensions 15, 30, 60z20.
I could feel the burn, did the exercises, but was cold from being on the computer.
Need to get a rythm going on daily workouts.
Dinner so far has been a chicken breast and hopefully a protein shake.
