Well, we just closed on our new(used) trailer. We will save per month over our apartment and get a level of privacy we've longed for. Tired of the walls shaking when the neighbors 'tromp' up the stairway, they sound like a herd of cattle....shakes the wall. I'm picking up a much needed handicap ramp and a shed for my tools along with an overhang to park the car under.
