I have one week left before I have rotator cuff surgery. I'm not sure what to expect out of this but I've decided I'm going to document it here in my blog.
I'm sure I'm going to have multiple struggles with the use of only onbe arm for quite awhile, I've been told for 6-12 weeks, then its therapy for 3-6 months.
Did 70 minutes on the bike this am, shoulder discomfort is there along with anxiety/depression a little bit. More on anxiety/depression later on. Don't want to burn to much daylight........
