Been awhile! Between check my comps on Weight Loss Wars and now I'm on loseit.com, my time gets takin up alot more. I'm working on time management. We are rearranging our bedroom yet again. There were so many cloths that I couldn't wear because of my weight, and things that we had to move around so that I could move around. Half of the cloths that I had 2 years ago I can now fit back into. No make that 5 years ago, 2 years ago I was up in the 350 range. After my surgery, I was up to 370 and having headaches from the hbp. Now I'm at almost 280 and falling, there is alot of clothing that I can now get back into that are still in fashion.
I recently went to the doctor and he informed me that I can start eating food again like regular people. Nice to go from brussel sprouts and salads to co-co wheats, turkey sausage and eggs! Well, getting coffee'd up, have cardio in a while after I take the car to the shop. Lots of stuff to get accomplished now that I have some energy again....
New Year, bigger attitude.......failure is not an option~back to the old school method.....I did it once, I'll do it again, only this time it will be permanent.......

Sunday, February 13th
Well, another week gone, I was wanting to post here on a daily basis but that hasn't happened, thats obvious. The weight loss ia getting better, you think with all I've done, I would have won more than one comp eh'. I'm signed up for several, but I'm also finding out there's other ways of losing weight besides good old fashioned work. There are a few people in my comps that are losing a shit-load of weight thats just un-natural.... more later.

Kind of a stale day, gettin cabin fever again. Hanging around the weight loss sight to much, it gets depressing after awhile. Got part of the front room cleaned, played on the Wii, did my cardio and had some water, alot of water.

Super bowl Sunday!!!
Whatever! I just did the weigh ins for 1 of my 2 comps on WLW. I haven't lost weight seriously in 6 months and I've been working my tail off. My problem has been the lack of food. I'm purposely carb loading today and although I'll be watching very closely, I expect I may gain this week some. More later, cardio time and then the Wii.

Friday February 4th
Well yesterday was a day off everything. Being sore from sword play the other day, I've been concentrating more on my food intake, and I've been jacking it up. Going to exercise with the swords today and the boxing. I'm trying to avoid the gym, but we'll see what this workout brings.....

Well, it be Wednesday, I haven't been here in a while. Witnessing a massive snow-storm, we got est. 8-11 inches, give or take? I'm about ready to hop on my horse and do cardio, very sore from last 2 days of playing with the WII, mostly sword play. I'll get back here later, need to do my cardio and write up plans for yet another competition. Later
